specialise in working for contractors and provide quantity surveying, commercial and general management advice.
Our clients range from very small family businesses to major corporations.
We have been involved in both building and civil engineering construction contracts ranging from less than £5,000 to term contracts of more than £100 million.
Although a lot of our experience has been with claims and has included litigation, arbitration and adjudication, we always prefer to try and avoid confrontation. We firmly believe that contractors grow and increase their profits by maintaining good relationships with clients whenever possible.
We are familiar with partnering contracts on both small and large scales.
We have participated in many successful negotiations and in mediation.
But, we offer more than quantity surveying. We have a wealth of experience in helping construction businesses become more effective and professional - and in helping them to grow.
We understand how contractors operate and their everyday pressures and demands - having been involved at the sharp end for more than thirty years.
We recognise the importance of cash flow and of keeping the administration and office side of the business just as focused as the work on site.
